Rules

The boards

• Discover is the organic catalog. Paying for promotion does not change its search order, member counts or growth metrics.
• Global shows up to 10 eligible communities, ordered by cumulative confirmed spend. Another community can overtake your position.
• Choosing a category shows that category’s own All-time ranking. Claim prices and confirmed positions are based on this category.
• Daily counts charges when their placements activate within each UTC calendar day, from midnight to midnight. It is not a rolling 24-hour window. Reviewed bids activate after approval; other bids activate after payment.

How ranking works

• The base minimum is $1, with a minimum increase of $1. An empty category starts at rank #1 for $1. A new entry to a full category board must exceed its lowest qualifying amount by at least $1. Check the current quote for the position you want.
• All-time ties use the earlier placement confirmation first, then a stable listing order. Daily ties use the first confirmation within that day.
• An upgrade charges only the difference between your target total and your existing confirmed total. For example, raising a $10 total to $15 requires a new $5 payment. Global then counts $15; Daily counts the new $5 on its confirmation day.
• Selecting a target rank does not reserve it. A reviewed bid's final position is calculated on approval; other bids activate after payment.

What you can list

Submit a public Telegram channel using its Telegram URL or @username, and choose the category that best describes it. Private invite links and unrelated websites are not supported listing destinations.

Bot administrator access is not required. Payment and Telegram sign-in do not prove ownership of a channel or grant control over its listing.

Review before publication or new sponsored copy

Paying for a new channel places it in the admin review queue. It appears in Discover and sponsored rankings only after approval. A later bid with a custom sponsored description also waits for review; the existing listing and placement stay live meanwhile. Rejection returns the charged credits to the payer's wallet. Bids without custom text on a published channel activate after payment. Suspended listings are excluded from public discovery and sponsored boards.

To flag an unsafe, misleading or infringing community, use the report action on its listing page. Moderators review reports and can take listings down.

What a position means

Sponsored rank reflects confirmed spend, not an endorsement of a community or a promise of members, clicks or returns. Member counts are snapshots. Growth uses snapshots recorded by TelegramBID, and may be unavailable when there is insufficient history.

Public click totals count recorded outbound clicks, not unique people.

After you pay

• A new channel stays private until its first review is approved. Clicks then go to its Telegram URL without query parameters.
• If a review rejects your channel or sponsored description, the charged credits return to your wallet automatically. A credits top-up is a separate transaction.
• Paying means you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including the requirement that listed projects show valid company details.
