Operator and contact

References to “we”, “us” and “our” in these policies mean the operator of TelegramBID.

For support, legal notices and privacy requests, email [email protected]. For an existing payment question, include its payment reference.

Using TelegramBID, submitting a listing or paying for promotion means you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not submit a listing or make a payment. Read the Privacy Policy before providing personal information.

These Terms govern your agreement with TelegramBID. If a summary in the Rules differs from these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

About the service

TelegramBID helps people discover public Telegram communities. New submissions support public channels and require a paid bid before their first review. Organic discovery is available independently of paid promotion. Sponsored rankings display eligible communities according to confirmed spend and are not independent recommendations or certifications.

A payment purchases sponsored placement under the applicable board rules. It does not purchase a community, administrator access, a guaranteed audience or a permanent rank.

Eligibility

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older who can enter into the relevant agreement. If you act for a community or organization, you must have permission to represent it. You may use the service only where that use is lawful.

Payment, pricing and taxes

A confirmed credits payment for a new channel places it in the first review queue. Its sponsored placement becomes active only if approved. Later bids with a custom sponsored description also wait for review, while the existing listing and placement stay live. A target position is not held during review or payment processing. Organic order is unaffected.

Ranking amounts are stated in USD. Before paying, review the amount due, any applicable taxes or charges, and the payment terms presented to you. For an upgrade, the amount due is the difference between the requested total and the existing confirmed total.

When a payment provider is offered at checkout, its identity and payment terms are shown there. Those terms apply to its processing of your payment. A payment attempt, receipt submission or pending transaction does not by itself confirm your placement.

Global ranking counts cumulative spend from active placements. Daily ranking counts charges on the UTC day a placement activates, not a rolling 24-hour period. Reviewed bids activate after approval; other bids activate after payment. Other communities may overtake you before or after activation.

Refunds and credits

If a review rejects a new channel or a custom sponsored description, the credits charged for that bid return automatically to the payer's wallet. This is a credits balance adjustment, not a refund of the original credits purchase through the payment provider.

Other payments are not refundable, except where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy. An approved placement does not guarantee that the listing will retain its rank.

Being overtaken, the end of a Daily board, disappointing traffic or removal for your violation does not by itself create a refund entitlement.

This policy does not exclude refunds, compensation or other remedies required by applicable law, including where a service has not been supplied as agreed. An interruption is assessed against those obligations.

For an existing payment question, contact us with the payment reference. Duplicate charges, excess amounts and payments that cannot be matched are reviewed individually. Do not pay again while the original payment is being investigated.

Valid company and operator details

Listed projects must show valid company details. The community profile or a clearly linked page must identify the business or operator responsible for the project and provide a working contact method.

Include the responsible legal name and any postal address, registration, tax or licensing information required by the laws that apply to that project. Keep the details accurate, accessible and current.

You may sponsor a public channel using its public Telegram metadata without claiming ownership. If you provide your own material or act for a community, you must have permission to do so. Missing, false or misleading operator details may lead to rejection or removal. Payment does not excuse a failure to meet this requirement, and removal for a violation does not by itself create a refund entitlement.

Your responsibilities

Submit accurate community information and do not impersonate an owner or misrepresent your permissions. Sponsoring a public channel does not require bot administrator access and does not grant control of its listing. Do not submit fraudulent payment proof or interfere with verification and moderation.

Telegram sign-in establishes your account identity, not ownership of a channel. Keep your account access secure and ensure you have permission to supply any material you submit.

Prohibited listings and conduct

• Sexual or pornographic content, child exploitation, threats, hateful abuse or targeted harassment.
• Scams, phishing, impersonation, malware or misleading claims designed to defraud visitors.
• Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material, counterfeit goods or other infringement.
• Illegal activity or regulated offers for which the required permission or license is missing.
• Forged payment proof, manipulated metrics, interference with other accounts or attempts to bypass verification, moderation or access controls.

New listing submissions support public Telegram channels. Private invite links, groups, unrelated websites and concealed destinations are not supported submissions.

Listing review and removal

Publication depends on review. We may reject, restrict or suspend a listing for a violation, a substantiated rights complaint or a security concern. Suspended listings leave public discovery and sponsored boards; payment and moderation records are handled separately under the Privacy Policy.

Listing information is displayed to help visitors identify the community. Community operators remain responsible for their own content and conduct. A listing or administrator badge is not a guarantee that a community is safe or that its claims are accurate.

Public metadata and third-party content

To identify listed communities, TelegramBID displays their public names, usernames, descriptions, images and member-count snapshots. The community and its rights holders retain their rights in that material.

Our use of a community name or image identifies that community and does not make it our brand. Do not submit material you lack permission to provide, or use TelegramBID branding in a way that implies authorization or endorsement.

Permission to display your listing

You retain your rights in material you submit. You permit TelegramBID to host, cache, resize, format and display your listing information and public community metadata worldwide, without a separate royalty, to operate and promote the directory. This permission is nonexclusive.

Removal requests follow the reporting process; necessary payment, moderation and backup records may remain under the Privacy Policy.

Complaints and rights requests

Use the report action on a community listing to flag a suspected violation. For a rights notice or a request to reconsider a moderation decision, use the contact in Operator information. Include the listing URL, the reason for your request and supporting information. A rights notice should explain whose rights are affected and your authority to act.

We may request clarification and share the relevant allegation with the community administrator when needed to assess it. A request for review does not itself restore a listing, confirm a payment or reserve a rank.

No endorsement or promised results

A sponsored position does not promise traffic, membership growth, sales or a fixed period at a particular rank. Public click totals count recorded outbound clicks, not unique people. Growth uses snapshots recorded by TelegramBID and may be unavailable when there is insufficient history.

Following a community link opens Telegram, where Telegram and the community apply their own rules. TelegramBID does not control their availability or decisions and is not presented as an official Telegram service.

Availability and updates

We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free metadata or a particular commercial result. Each community remains responsible for its own conduct, content and offers.

The effective date is shown above. Future revisions will include an updated date. Material changes will be identified with the revised terms, with further notice or agreement where required. Completed payments remain subject to the terms applicable when they were made, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude indirect commercial losses and limit payment-related liability to the amount paid for the affected listing in the three months preceding the claim. These limits do not remove mandatory consumer rights or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Responsibility for third-party claims

Where lawful, you are responsible for third-party losses and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful submissions, infringement or breach of these terms. This does not make you responsible for the operator's own unlawful conduct.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are subject to applicable law. Mandatory protections that apply to a user remain available. Nothing here prevents a complaint to a competent authority or the use of a court or other dispute process available under applicable law.

Contact us with the relevant listing or payment reference so the issue can be investigated. This contact process does not remove your legal rights or extend a statutory deadline.

General terms

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
